In-Home Support (Age 5+)

At All About You Residential Care, our in-home support services are designed to enhance the care individuals receive in their own homes or family homes, providing essential support that helps ensure their health, safety, and overall well-being. This service complements the care provided by family members, other unpaid caregivers, or the individual themselves, enabling them to live more independently and participate fully in their community.

In-Home Support Services focus on building self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary for individuals to thrive in home and community-based settings. Our services are tailored to meet each person’s unique needs, promoting skill development and assisting with the daily routines that are essential for independent living.

Key Features of Our In-Home Support Services:

  • Skill-Building & Support: We provide skill-building and routine supports related to Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as personal care, household management, and money management.
  • Community Integration: Our services help individuals use community resources such as transportation, shopping, dining at restaurants, and participating in social and recreational activities, enhancing their ability to live independently and engage in their community.
  • Behavioral Support: We support individuals in replacing challenging behaviors with positive, acceptable behaviors for both home and community settings.
  • Health Monitoring & Medical Support: Our team monitors the individual’s health and physical condition, offering assistance with medication management and addressing other medical needs.
  • Transportation Assistance: We provide support with transportation to and from community sites, ensuring individuals can access important resources and activities outside the home.
  • General Supports: We offer additional supports as needed to address any specific requirements, ensuring each individual’s needs are met.

Individuals receiving in-home support services must require help with the adaptive skills necessary to live successfully in their home and community settings. These services are available under both the Family & Individual Support (FIS) and Community Living (CL) waivers and are authorized based on individual needs identified in the person-centered planning process.
